Our story

AV Boutique Hotel was born from the desire of two young people, Alberto and Valentina, to build a new reality. A project where Family, Love and Passion reign supreme, easily perceived and palpable by all the hotel’s guests. Their love is reflected in their welcome for each and every guest, always making them the true protagonists of their journey.

Fantastic hotel exactly opposite Milan Central Station, beautiful and spacious rooms with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. The owners are really nice and super helpful, they welcomed me like at home! The structure is very well maintained, quiet and with a lot of privacy, excellent location to get around the city, I will definitely choose it when I return to Milan because I had a great time! Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, 1min from the central station and the metro. Quiet and very basic rooms but with everything you need; very friendly staff.

Strategic location in front of the Central Station. Public transport and taxis in the immediate vicinity. Small but extremely pleasant establishment. Very clean and cosy. Young, helpful and very pleasant staff. Very good experience.
